A special rope with wear-resistant coating designed for use in weight-lifting benches.
We offer several types of a rope for exercise equipment:
PRPL - brass-plated rope coated with polyurethane;
PRPO - zinc coated rope by GOST 3067-88 or GOST 2172-80 coated with polyurethane;
PRIL - brass-plated rope coated with polymer on the basis of polypropylene;
PRIO - zinc coated rope by GOST 3067-88 or GOST 2172-80 coated with polymer on the basis of polypropylene;

Zinc coated rope Brass-plated rope
Special rope coating provides:
- high tensile strength and resistance to cuts spread;
- slashing blows resistance;
- retention of shape and mechanical properties after application of cyclic loads;
- high abrasive resistance and increase of service life, accordingly;
- resistance to adverse weather impacts - moisture, UV radiation, microorganisms, as well as chemical resistance to oils, oil, organic solvents;
- wide range of operating temperatures: -35 °C and 80 °C (dynamic); -50 °C and 80 °C (static);
- high elasticity, resistance to repeated deformation and bend without fracture;
- polyurethane coating is soft but coating on the basis of polypropylene is more hard.
